Bill Gates Hates Poor People

Engineering powerhouse MIT has partnered with Search engine powerhouse Google to create a $100 laptop that will be made available to developing countries--a project dubbed "One Laptop per Child" Aww. Cute, right? I love charities.

When asked for his thoughts on the matter, monopoly-happy powerhouse Bill Gates had this to say:

"...geez, get a decent computer where you can actually read the text and you're not sitting there cranking the thing while you're trying to type."

Before his critique, Gates showed off a new "ultra-mobile computer" which runs Microsoft Windows on a seven-inch touch screen.
Those machines are expected to sell for between $599 and $999

Gates said $600-$1,000 for a 7 inch computer is "a small price to pay--even for people who can't normally afford to feed their children"
